Mossberg Target Rifle 144 LS .22 LR

Mossberg model 144 LS Target (1954 - 60.)  Excellent condition, original blue finish, bore is perfect with no pitting.  Stock has been refinished with True Oil and is free from cracks or repairs.  26" Heavy Barrel, oversized stock with swelled foregrip and adjustable Hand-Stop, raised comb and check-piece.  Mossberg S-331 rear sight and Lyman 17A front sight (removable insert.)  Single stage, adjustable trigger is currently set at around 2 lbs.  Includes factory, 7 Round detachable magazine and cable lock.

This model was primarily used by rifle clubs and Boy Scout camps in the 50's to 70's.  This particular rifle has been extremely well cared and has demonstrated exceptional accuracy potential - 1 MOA groupings.  I will attach photo of two of my 5 Rd Groups @ 100 m (SK Long Range Match.)  Selling to pay for a new ELR project rifle.  Will ship anywhere in Canada or can possibly meet up in South Edmonton or North Calgary.  $500 OBO  Thanks for looking.
