Deal fell through so she's back up. Built by EM Precision summer of 2024 and only used a handful of times. Easily swap between the 25 creed barrel and 22 creed barrel in a minute or two. Near 100% repeatability. Easy 1/2 moa gun. 11lbs. Both now factory cartridges so factory ammo should start coming in the next year.
