Ithaca Model 37 Featherlight - 16 gauge - got from auction, vintage adjustable choke system (great collectors piece). Dates from 1956, according to my research on Ithaca’s website. In great condition, especially given age. Original Corncob forend and butt stock to my knowledge (bought through Switzer’s auctions) and my own research.
28 inches from receiver to end of choke system when barrel is installed
If you know pumps - you will know the Ithaca Model 37 - and this is a beauty in 16 gauge. Could shoot or keep as collector item. No cracks in stock or any part of wood. Only aesthetic wear to gun.
I know you guys with Ithaca’s will know this - but a heads up if you are new to them: the lightweight model 37 has a difficult (until you get used to it after a few times) release for the pump. It doesn’t stick out like your Remington might. That’s just all Ithaca models - but isn’t a defect. I’ve cleaned and lightly oiled (with rust protection the receiver with “G-96 complete gun treatment”.
