Savage Fox A Grade, 20 ga, SXS, 28", 2 3/4"

the Fox A Grade is crafted by the Connecticut Shotgun Manufacturing Company, and is truly a fine shotgun to look at, and shoot. it is a work of art!  I have hunted with it a bit for Huns and Sharp tails in the Prairies, and shot a few rounds of skeet with it.  I doubt if it has had more than a flat of shells through it.  it comes with five chokes...F, IM, M, IC, S.  only the IC and Skeet have ever been used.  it has no handling marks, and is in excellent condition.  as you can see the engraving and case hardening of the receiver are stunning, and the wood is quite beautiful and the checkering is clean and sharp. English stock with a splinter fore-end. I am very careful with my breach-loaders and never close them hard! I know this model is still available from CSMC for $6,300.00 USD at this time.  I have the original box that hard case came in and will package it well; the shipping is on the purchaser.

a Fox A Grade similar to this was listed and sold recently in Calgary I believe.  this isn't that shotgun...but I'm wondering if there is a limited appetite for a firearm of this quality. guess we'll see...
