Ithaca Model 37

For sale is Ithaca Model 37 made in 1946 based on my findings (serial 9xxxx). First year of production after WWII. Do your own research if important.

29 1/2" barrel with fixes full choke (stated on the barrel).

Matching serial numbers on receiver and barrel.

The gun is in good working condition, but I will let you judge based on pictures provided and description.

The wood is in good condition. The stock has a small chip at trigger guard/receiver. There are also a couple tiny hairline cracks by the trigger guard. Otherwise solid with some scratches and dings from use. The forend is solid. See pictures for details.

Barrel has a few areas of tiny pitting that were taken care of at some point. The bore is shiny and is looking very good. See pictures.

Mag tube has a couple areas of tiny pitting that, similar to the barrel, were taken care of. See pictures.

Receiver has some scratches as shown.

It looks like the shell carrier was repaired a while back, but I see no issues with it. It is working as it should and is solid.

I can confirm the gun cycles and fires. I did test fire it.
