Bob's responses to messages were very quick and concise. The products I bought (old mags) were excellently packaged, better than most: padded envelope on the outside, cardboard carefully cradling the magazines, which themselves were wrapped in paper. Often, people send a photograph of the tracking number, which is a pain to type into the CanadaPost app. Bob typed-out the shipping number into a text message, which I was able to copy/paste into the app. For all these reasons, I give Bob a 5-star rating, and I definitely recommend him as a seller.
