Sold me a broken non functional pvs 14. Said the tube was weak at amplifying light but is actually smashed inside when I took it apart. The item is totally non functional and the parts are broken so nothing is salvageable. Deal with caution, misrepresents condition and potential of items. Broken and non functional is not the same are requires some maintenance or cleaning. I would have given him no stars but it wouldn't let me.
