Initiated before Xmas, someone finally moved a cup of Joe and forwarded our score cards a month later; plenty of time for snags to brew in a transaction but nothing but patience and straight up communication, product quality and packaging/shipping. Didn't even bother to ask for payment until the hall passes were dolled out. Future dealings without question.
