This interaction had all the potential to go terribly sideways and turn negative, but went quite the opposite.
Jordan bought 2 antiques from me after we went through details on both revolvers. Once received however, Jordan being more knowledgable than I am in antique revolvers, pointed out a couple of flaws in their function. We FaceTimed and went through a demonstration, and throughout the entire conversation, Jordan was respectful and honest, and was NOT demanding in any way. Though these were antiques and of course not revolvers that would function like today’s, I was convinced he had a point. I did not know at all about the issues, but I have no interest in dishonest dealings and wanted to make things right.
We calmly talked through our options and what was fair, and in the end came to a mutual compromise we both felt good about.
Communication is a “lost art”, but in dealing with Jordan I can confidently say he is fantastic to deal with and a gentlemen. Deal with JordanS with full confidence, great and honest member.
