We met FTF and Sam changed his schedule & plans and even the meeting location to accommodate us (we came from about just under two hours away so it was really appreciated) iIt was an absolutely perfect deal, we were both happy and made a tentative plan to meet again to go shooting. I have just had an overwhelmingly POSTIVE experience with Sam (Kreativei) and I felt compelled to immediately write it down for all to experience. I purchased two items from him in a package deal. Before purchase, he answered all my questions until I was completely satisfied, and sent me videos of ever aspect I was interested in seeing. He even offered to Facetime me so that we could go through the items together. He was very patient when my daily EMT limit was reached and I had to wait a further 24 hours to send the remainder of the payment. He packaged the items together very securely and shipped them with full insurance at my request. When I received the items, however, I found that there were issues with both that were not disclosed. I informed Sam as to my discovery and he responded immediately to let me know he had received my messaged but was in meetings all day, and asked if we could chat on the phone later about my problems. No attitude from him, just genuine interest in solving my problems with his items. We set a time for the evening to Facetime each other. At that time I showed him my problem with each item and he was very respectful and attentive. The issues had not arisen to his while he possessed the items but as he witnessed the problems firsthand over the Facetime conversation, he admitted that he could not argue their authenticity. We discussed options and he offered a very fair amount of money back, along with suggestions on how to rectify the concerns with each item. I accepted his offer and he immediately send me the agreed amount back via EMT. I hope to deal with Sam again in the future. Anyone should feel safe to deal with this guy. I very much look forward to our next transaction, thank you Sam!
