I received my purchase today from JWB.  It was just as he described.  No hidden issues.  JWB went above and beyond by shipping with UPS for me during the Canada Post strike.  Otherwise it might have taken weeks/months.  He was honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend anyone doing business with him.
