Very poor integrity, agreed to one deal, made further deals and then tried to increase price of original deal as other offers came in. Numerous red flags shown, don't catch this individual after what seems to be a few evening refreshments. His tone quickly changes through the evening eventually becoming pitifully aggressive and vulgar.
