Seller told me to pay $1050+50 shipping for a rifle so I send the money. He then tells me to pay him more before he can ship it because he added a lock and shipping cost more than he asked of me. This was not part of the deal but I send him the money anyways because he already has a 1100 of my money and I didn't want to risk him bailing because i didn't pay few more dollars. I rate seller 1/10 instead of 0/10 just because I at least got the rifle.
