It was a roller coaster ride but the deal was completed successfully and Ryan's character really shined in the process.
I sold an item to Ryan and it was shipped in November. We are only 300kms apart and the package should have arrived the next day. However, Canada Post screwed up and the package was nowhere to be found for 20 days. Ryan was very patient and took a lot of time and effort to deal with Canada Post. Just as I was starting to lose hope, Ryan remained calm and hopeful, and that gave me a momentary sense of comfort and relief (which was significant in the moment). Finally after 20 days, the package was found and delivered.
