- For sale is a B& L Elite 3000 series 3-9x40-matte finish scope..1 inch tube. I acquired it mounted on a rifle I bought and did use it briefly developing handloads for that gun. It’s works as designed with correct movement for the calibration of 1 click=1/4 inch @ 100 yards. The glass is unmarked and clear. The original owner had over-torqued the scope rings and caused visible scope ring marks on the tube-one being very noticeable with a slight indentation. The damage is strictly cosmetic but obviously affects the value. I have no further use for it as I acquired another higher magnification scope for that rifle.
