You can use 6mm flobert Victory or S&B primers. Often used in flare or blank guns. Black powder or Triple 7 are the best powders. Some people use 22 ramsets as primer and smokeless propellant  as ramsets dont require a pal. Powder and ammo requires a PAL. Brass & lead require NO PAL.
