IMR 4198 Smokeless powder

Opened, never used, never loaded even 1 shot with it. Bought it for early 1900-1930 guns and lost interest & never used it. Bought it about 4 months ago off a guy from fort sask who also didnt use it. 

PAL required. Need to see it upfront, not meeting otherwise. Will not ship, dangerous goods and to bulky. Dont care if stores require a PAL or not. Sick of sketchy fucks trying to meetup. Thank you.
