This Marlins “Baby” saddle ring carbine is just like the Winchester 1892 carbine, except more rare and better made.  It is chambered in 44-40 with 20 inch barrel.  Minimal bluing on barrel and magazine.  SN 286517.

**Price Drop**Deluxe half-Octagon Take-down Marlin 1897 case coloured with 22inch barrel chambered in 22 SL & LR.  Still shoots regular velocity 22 LR ammo available today at any gun store . JM stamped, in very good condition.
