Rifling is very good, brass counter and lifter, round 26" barrel, dom 1914, includes scope (will not separate) serial number 15624X, rather nice wood with a few blemishes as expected, see photos.

Almost perfect condition like it was back in the day, shoots good. Gone over by a gunsmith. Comes with case, letter from colt, rcmp letter confirming it’s antique status, and a few rounds ready to be handmade minus the powder.

RARE Marlin Safety model 1889 . Manufactured in 1891. 38-40 Calibre. Short tube . This old rifle has a crack on the butt stock and a tiny chip repair as shown in pics. It appears that the original barrel may have been shortened at some point.

Adopted by Belgian in 1889, it was the first smokeless powder rifle mauser made, and the first rifle to use stripper clips. Shoots 7.65 arginine, so ammo is easy enough to find.

Hello there, I have a Colt 1889 that I need work done to and possibly getting restored as well. Last year a couple of them came up for sale completely restored in satin nickel very modern look.

Beautiful addition to the collection. In great condition. Action is smooth, bore is great, stock has a some minor aging but great condition for a rifle this old.
